The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with prayer to quash the entire proceedings of CNR No. UPSL 240004002011 (State vs. Veer Singh and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 252 of 2011, under Sections 342, 394, 411, 323, 427, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Asmoli, District Sambhal as well as orders dated 07.08.2024 and 10.09.2024, whereby Non-Bailable Warrant has been issued, pending in the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Jnnior Division)/Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 1, Sambhal. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a photocopy of the same.
