(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in Case Crime No. 261 of 2025 under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 118(1) BNS, Police Station Machhalishahar, District Jaunpur " The petitioners have the remedy to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings, in case, cognizance is taken by the Magistrate on the charge-sheet.
