JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR VERMA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) 2 31-10-2025 Following is the relief sought for in the present writ application:- “(i) To direct the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment from Patna High Court CWJC No.13586 of 2025(2) dt.31-10-2025 2/3 the Public Well situated at Village-Dihri, bearing Thana No. 581, Plot No. 252, Mauza- Dihri, Anchal-Aurangabad, District- Aurangabad which has been encroached by the respondent No. 6 to 8 and being used as cattle shed on the said land after filling of the public well. (ii) To direct the respondent authority to dig the public well on the said plot no. 252 situated at Village-Dihri, P.O. Poiwan, P.S. Aurangabad Muffasi, District-Aurangabad. (iii) To direct the respondents to solve the problems of people, village-Dihri, Aurangabad who were suffering from scarcity of drinking water. (iv) To direct the respondent authority for issuance of writ in Nature of certiorari or any appropriate writ/writs, order/orders or direction.” 2. After some arguments, learned counsel for petitioner submits that a representation for removal of encroachment has been filed before Collector, Aurangabad, but no action has been taken till date. In that view of the matter, Collector, Aurangabad is directed to look into the matter and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a reasonable period. 3.
