Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) Learned Senior Counsel appearing for respondents No.1 and 2 informs the Court that the petitioner approached this Court against an ad interim order passed in an application filed under Order 39, Rule 1 and 2 of the Civil Procedure Code, which application has been finally disposed of in terms of order dated 07.03.2024, passed by the learned Trial Court. Learned Senior Counsel has shown the order that has been passed by the learned Trial Court in the application filed under Order 39, Rule 1 and 2 of the Civil Procedure Code, in terms thereof, the application has been 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:28659 finally disposed of. 2. On the other hand, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that despite his best endeavour, no instructions are coming- forth from the petitioners. 3.
