To issue an order or direction to the learned court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) Hathras to decide the SCC No.226 of 2021 (Pushpa Devi Versus Dr. Satish Kumar) as expeditiously as possible preferably by way of day to day hearing within stipulated period, otherwise the petitioners/plaintiffs shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforementioned S.C.C. No.226 of 2021 filed by petitioners is pending before Civil Judge (Senior Division) Hathras since 2021. He further placed certified copy of the order sheet, which has been annexed as Annexure No.2 to the writ petition in order to demonstrate that the case is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally directing Civil Judge (Senior Division) Hathras to decide the aforementioned S.C.C. No.226 of 2021 in accordance with law expeditiously and Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Rajiv Kumar, Vipul Kumar Dubey Counsel for Respondent(s) : Smt. Pushpa Devi And 2 Others .....Petitioner(s) Dr. Satish Kumar Verma .....Respondent(s) preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to both the parties.
