(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 1.5.2025, issued under the signature of Regional Manager, Himachal Road Transport Corporation Mandi, enclosing therewith copy of Office Order dated 27.1.2023, whereby prayer made by the petitioner for allowing two additional increments after completion of twenty years of regular service, came to be rejected. 2. Mr. Dheeraj K. Vashishat, Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents, states that in terms of mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed, representation of the petitioner was considered, but since he was not found entitled to relief, as prayed for, same was rejected. 2 3. Having carefully perused copy of afore order, which is taken on record, this Court is convinced and satisfied that mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed stands duly executed and as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings. 4. Consequently, in view of the above, present petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings before appropriate court of law, laying therein challenge to order passed in purported compliance of mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed.
