To issue an order or direction to the learned court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) Hathras to decide the P.A.Case No. 211 of 2021 (Pushpa Devi Versus Dr. Satish Kumar) as expeditiously as possible preferably by way of day to day hearing within stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforementioned P.A.Case No. 211 of 2021 filed by petitioners is pending before Civil Judge (Senior Division) Hathras since 2021. He further placed certified copy of the order sheet, which has been annexed as Annexure No.2 to the writ petition in order to demonstrate that the case is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally directing Civil Judge (Senior Division) Hathras to decide the aforementioned P.A.Case No. 211 of 2021 in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to both the parties.
