Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 2. This writ petition has been filed for the following substantial relief : "i. To ISSUE a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent No.2 i.e. Regional Passport Officer, Lucknow to renew the Passport No.N1957277 of the Petitioner in pursuance of the renewal Application dated 28.8.2025 of the Petitioner." 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that identical issue had already been considered and decided by the Division Bench of this Court in Pawan Kumar Rajbhar v. Union of India and others, Neutral Citation No. - 2024:AHC:26720-DB, therefore, this writ petition may also be disposed of, on the same terms and conditions. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute that the controversy involved in this matter is squarely covered by the aforesaid judgement. 5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the present writ petition is finally disposed of in terms of the judgement rendered in the case of Pawan Kumar Rajbhar (Supra).
