The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to issue a direction to the trial court to release the applicant in six cases after submitting personal bond and two sureties, which are as follows :- (i) Case Crime No. 802 of 2024, under Sections 305A, 331(4), 317(2) of BNS, Police Station Tajganj, District Agra. (ii) Case Crime No. 615 of 2024, under Sections 305, 317(2) of BNS, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Agra. (iii) Case Crime No. 650 of 2024, under Sections 305, 317(2) of BNS, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Agra. (iv) Case Crime No. 786 of 2024, under Sections 305A, 331(4) of BNS, Police Station Tajganj, District Agra. (v) Case Crime No. 803 of 2024, under Sections 305A, 331(4), 317(2) of BNS, Police Station Tajganj, District Agra. (vi) Case Crime No. 683 of 2024, under Sections 305, 331(4), 317(2) of BNS, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Agra. It is further submitted that the applicant is a poor person. Applicant has no means to submit sureties as ordered in bail orders. Applicant has been roped up in six cases in a row. It is further submitted that all the cases are same in nature. It is further submitted that all six cases are related to Police Station Sadar Bazar and Tajganj, District Agra. It is further submitted that applicant has been granted bail in all six cases by concerned Sessions Court, Agra. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the concerned Magistrate is directed to release the applicant in all six cases related to Police Station Sadar Bazar and Tajganj of District Agra on the basis of personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/- and two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
