Hemalatha For Respondent: Mr.L.Jaivenkatesh ORDER This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to provide Electricity Service connection to the petitioners house situated in Survey Nos.312 part and 320 Part, T.S. NO.24, Block NO.54, Plot NO.1150, soundarapandian Salai, KK Nagar, Chennai- 78 based upon the petitioners application dated 25.07.2025 in application No. 200092280725670 and 200092280725671 2. It is the case of the petitioner that he made a representation along with all the relevant documents before the fist respondents on 25.07.2025 to provide electricity connection to the petitioners house and the same is not considered and hence, the present writ petition has filed. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 35573 of 2025 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 4. The learned Standing Counsel submitted that if the petitioner is filed a fresh application along with revenue records to prove their title within a period of one week, the same will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the Standing Counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the respondents along with all https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 35573 of 2025 the relevant document and also the revenue records in respect of the petitioners house within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
