At this stage, this writ petition is disposed of without issuing notice to the respondent no.3, since case of the petitioner is that amount of Rs.1 lakhs deposited towards counseling be returned to her as she has not taken seat in the concerned medical college and same can still be considered by the concerned respondent. 3. Accordingly, respondent no.1 is directed to communicate respondent no.3 to refund the aforesaid fee to the petitioner if there is no legal impediment, and in case there is any legal impediment, same shall be informed to the petitioner. 4. The petitioner will be under an obligation to file a certified copy of this order before respondent no.3 along with an application at the office of respondent no.3 by way of Dasti within a period of two weeks from today and appropriate decision shall be taken by the respondent no.3 within a period of four weeks thereafter.
