The petitioners have filed this petition seeking the following reliefs: “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue direction for the respondent authorities not to lease out Bade Talab for purpose of fisheries. 10.2 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners may be permitted to make a representation against the arbitrary and illegal actions of respondent No.3 before the Collector, Mungeli, raising their grievances. He would submit that a direction may be issued to the concerned authorities to decide their representations strictly in accordance with law. 3 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State would oppose the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner. 4. Considering the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioners, this petition is disposed of, reserving liberty in favour of the petitioners to make a representation before respondent No.2 and in turn, the authority concerned is directed to decide it expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law.
