Subha Nandhini, now serving as Joint Commissioner (Land Administration), Ezhilagam, Chennai and Mr.T.Durairajan, now serving as Special Tahsildar (LA), Soorai SIPCOT, Madurandagam, are present in Court. 3. Contempt Petitioner is present in Court and Mr. A. Lakshmi Narasimhan, learned counsel for contempt petitioner is before us. On behalf of the respondents, Mr. T.K. Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, is present before us. 4. There is no disputatation that the jurisdictional Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO) has since passed an order dated 13.03.2025 bearing reference e/f/ vz;/ 05-2025-rp and removal of encroachment has been done. Therefore, we record the stated position, discharge the respondents from contempt and give a closure to the captioned contempt petition insofar as respondents are concerned. In other words, the two respondents, viz., Ms. P. Subha Nandhini and Mr.T.Durairajan, stand purged of contempt but in the light of representations made by the contempt petitioner, we shall be requisitioning reports by way of post scripts. 6. Captioned contempt petition stands disposed of as closed in the aforesaid manner. There shall be no order as to costs. (M.S., J.) It is submitted in the complaint that the Sub Inspector of Police, D-4 Padalam Police Station, refused to receive the complaint and directed the same to be given to Tahsildar.
