P.P. and Mr. Parmatma Singh representing the informant (Respondent No. 02). 2. It is the case of the petitioners that the Police in a haste to file charge-sheet, has rounded of some accused who had no role to play in it and is an aged crippled person. 3. In that background, learned counsel for the appellants submit that he be granted liberty to approach the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at Ara with specific petition through specific person who claims himself to be innocent. 5.
