The present petition has been filed inter-alia seeking the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to pay the salary of the petitioner for period of his suspension i.e. 09.09.2024 to 08.12.2024 alongwith 12% interest. 3. After some arguments, a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petition as withdrawn. 4. This prayer has not been opposed by learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
