The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 16.09.2024 (Annexure P-5) passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Kurukshetra vide which the warrants of arrest against the petitioner have been issued. 2. On 18.12.2024, this Court had been pleased to pass the following order:- Present: Mr. Sandeep Arora, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Rohit Kumar, Advocate and Mr. Pranav Juneja, Advocate for the respondent. ***** Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 03.12.2024, the petitioner has got a demand draft for an amount of Rs.1 lac in the name of the respondent, which has been handed over to the counsel for the respondent and the same has been affirmed by the counsel for the respondent. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to finally settle the matter and prays that the matter be referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.
