No.618 of 2025. 2.The case arises out of matrimonial discard. The accused was tried for the offence under Sections 498 (A) and 506 (i) of the I.P.C., and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, in Cr.No.9 of 2017. The defacto-complainant as well as the accused are not found in the respective address. They remain untraceable inspite of the best efforts by the Police. This Suo Motu Transfer Case is disposed of.
