This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue an order or direction of suitable nature directing the Court of Ld. Civil Judge (Junior Divsion), Garvi Allahabad/Prayagraj to decide the Temporary Injunction Application filed in Civil Suit bearing O.S. No. 621/2023 Mool Chand @ Gama vs. Smt. Sheelam Devi & 2 Others, under Order 39 Rule 1 C.P.C. r.w. section 151 C.P.C., (bearing Paper No. 6C), pending before the Court of Ld. Civil Judge (Junior Division), Garvi Allahabad/Prayagraj dated 14.07.2023 expeditiously preferably within the time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble High Court and without granting unnecessary adjournment to the parties. Issue an order or direction of suitable nature directing the Court of Ld. Civil Judge (Junior Division), Garvi Allahabad/Prayagraj to decide the Civil Suit bearing O.S. No. 621/2023 Mool Chand @ Gama vs. Smt. Sheelam Devi & 2 Others, pending before the Court of Ld. Civil Judge (Junior Division), Garvi Allahabad/Prayagraj dated 14.07.2023 expeditiously preferably within the time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble High Court and without granting unnecessary adjournment to the parties." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above- mentioned application (paper No.6C) is pending consideration since 2023 and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned application is pending, no useful Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Sudhir Dixit, Utkarsh Dixit Counsel for Respondent(s) : Mool Chand @ Gama .....Petitioner(s) Smt. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Garvi, Allahabad to decide the above-mentioned application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
