HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - A No. - 14691 of 2025 Court No. - 52 HON'BLE MRS. MANJU RANI CHAUHAN, J. The petitioner has preferred instant writ petition for a direction upon the respondent no. 2 to transfer her from Primary School Banaura Block Robertsganj, District Sonbhara to Primary School, Block Bhagwatpur, District Prayagraj. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has moved a representation before the respondent no. 2 mentioning about the hardship which she is facing due to 14 months old child, however same has not been considered. Ms. Archana Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 2 & 3 submits that mid-term transfer is not permissible as per rules, however, in case the petitioner moves a representation before the respondent no. 2, it shall be decided for the next session. To the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner states that some direction may be issued to the respondent authority to consider petitioner's transfer for the next session. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds that ends of justice would be served by issuing a direction that in case the petitioner moves a representation before respondent no. 2 within three weeks from today, it shall be considered and decided in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
