The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Azadnagar P.S. Case No. 92 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. No.83 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 305(b) and 317(2) of B.N.S, 2023, pending in the court of Sri Alok Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jamshedpur. On 25.12.2024, petitioner was apprehended while he was attempting to commit theft of an Indica Car of the informant. It was submitted that at best, this case will amount to attempt to commit theft. Learned A.P.P on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Alok Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jamshedpur, or his successor, in connection with Azadnagar P.S.
