Learned counsel for the petitioner has preferred this petition for modification of the order dated 30.01.2025 passed by this Court in CRA No. 703/2023 as in the said order, due to inadvertent mistake, in paragraph 26 of the order, it has been mentioned that the petitioner/appellant is on bail, which is a bonafide mistake and infact the petitioner / appellant is in jail which needs to be rectified. 3. Learned counsel for the State/respondent does not controvert the above submission. 4. In view of the above, the instant CRMP is allowed. 5. In paragraph 26 of the order, “The appellant is on bail. He is not required to surrender. His bail bonds are cancelled and sureties stands discharged” stands deleted and in its place, the same shall be read as “The appellant is stated to be in jail. He shall be released forthwith if not required in any other case.” 6. The order dated 30.01.2025 passed by this Court is modified to the extent indicated above. 7.
