Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that without obtaining response from the official respondents, the learned Writ Court has dismissed the writ petition preferred by the petitioner in terms of Order dated 16.08.2023. 2. Faced with the aforesaid situation, learned counsel for the respondents submits that order impugned dated 16.08.2023 be set aside and the matter be remitted to the Writ Court for fresh disposal in accordance with law. 3. In view of the above, this appeal is allowed and order dated 16.08.2023 is set aside and the matter is remitted to learned Writ Court for fresh disposal in accordance with law. 4. The respondents shall complete their pleadings within the period of one month and we request the learned Writ Court to decide the matter as expeditiously as possible. Till then, the order dated 01.05.2024 passed by this Court shall remain in operation. 5. Disposed of .
