No.618 of 2025. 2.The case was registered in Cr.No.127 of 2018 dated 18.05.2018 for the alleged offence under Section 379 and 430 of Indian Penal Code, 1860. The allegation in this case is that the accused committed theft of sand. The stolen sand has already been recovered. Considering the factual matrix, context of the case and the antecedents of the accused, any further continuance of trial would impinge upon the accused's right to a speedy trial.
