Since original CRAN/4/2025 is not traceable this Court requested the Learned Advocate-on-record to file an authenticated copy of CRAN/4/2025. As per request made by this Court an authenticated copy of CRAN/4/2025 is filed and the same is taken on record. 2. By filing CRAN/4/2025 the petitioner has prayed for extension of interim order as passed earlier. 3. From the affidavit-of-service as filed today and as has been taken on record it reveals that service upon the opposite parties have been effected. 4. Despite service, none appears on behalf of the opposite parties. 5. On careful perusal of the entire materials as placed before this Court this Court is of considered view that the petitioner before this Court is successful in making out a case for obtaining a favourable order. Accordingly, CRAN/4/2025 is hereby allowed. 6. The interim order as passed on 28.02.2025 and as extended time to time is further extended till the last day of March, 2026 or till further order, whichever is earlier. With the afore-mentioned observation, CRM/4/2025 is disposed of. 7. Liberty is given to the Learned Advocate-on-record to communicate the server copy of this order to the Learned Trial Court. 2 8.
