No.618 of 2025. 2. The case was registered in Cr.No.4 of 2016 for the alleged offence under Sections 498 (a), 406, 417 and 494 of I.P.C. The case is pending from the year 2016 at the stage of execution of warrant on the accused. The defacto complainant also does not wants to pursue the matter.
