This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 10.07.2025 rejecting the recall application filed by the petitioner for recalling the order dated 08.05.2023 passed by the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court in proceedings under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act. The order dated 08.05.2023 has also been challenged in the present petition. 2. In my view, against the order dated 08.05.2023, an appeal will lie, in view of the judgment of Full Bench of this Court in case of Kiran Bala Srivastava Vs. Jai Prakash Srivastava ; MANU/UP/2771/2004 passed in First Appeal No.17 of 2002 decided on 10.9.2004. 3.
