Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute the submission. 4. Hence, the following: ORDER i) The impugned entries in the Record of Rights in Sy.No.665/*/3 (Old Sy.No.665/*/2) measuring 06 acres 20 guntas situated at Sagar village, Shahapur Hobli, Tq. Shahapur, Dist. Yadgir is set-aside. ii) The respondent No.5 is directed to delete the name of the respondent No.6 in column No.11 of the record of rights of the petition property, within 10 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and to restore the entries in respect of petition property, as it stood earlier to impugned entries. - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC-K:1679 WP No. 200781 of 2025 iii) However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the rights of the petitioner and contesting respondent. iv) The respondent No.5 may initiate proceedings for effecting changes in the property records, if so advised in law.
