By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has questioned show cause notice dated 28th August, 2025. It is argued by learned Standing Counsel that since petitioner has already submitted a reply to the show cause notice on 8th September, 2025, the same may be directed to be disposed of in accordance with law in a time bound period. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.- 2 to consider and dispose of the matter after due consideration to the reply submitted by the petitioner dated 8th September, 2025 in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
