Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. Pursuant to order dated 07.01.2026, learned counsel appearing for the Organisation produced the instruction so provided. The same be kept in record. 4. Basing on the instruction, it is contended that the deceased husband of the petitioner when was serving with the Odisha Housing Board, necessary EPF contribution was deposited till 31.10.2010. But for the period 01.11.2010 to 31.11.2020, the deceased employee was deputed to work under Annexure-4 and the said authority has not made any deposit towards EPF contribution of the deceased employee. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner on the other hand contended that since Opp. Party No.3 is the Principal Employer and deceased employee was deputed to work under Annexure-4, it is the Opp. Party No.3 who is liable to make the deposit. 6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the submissions made, this Court while disposing the Writ Petition, permits the petitioner to move Opp. Party No.3 for deposit of the EPF contribution for the period the deceased employee working under Opp. Party No.4. It is observed that if any such application will be moved within a period of 3 (three) weeks hence, Opp. Party No.3 shall take a lawful decision on the same within a period of 3 (three) months from the date of receipt of such application. 7.
