The present application has been preferred for seeking quashing of non-bailable warrant dated 25.11.2021 along with consequential orders dated 11.02.2025 and 02.04.2025 as well as process under Section 82 and 83 Cr.P.C. issued in Criminal Case No.3379 of 2021, arising out of Case Crime No.135 of 2021, under Section 147, 148, 149, 307, 336, 332, 353, 504, 506, 269, 270, 34, 188, 323 IPC and Section 3 of Pandemic Act and Section 54 of Disaster Management Act and Section 7 of C.L.A. Act, P.S. Karhal, District Mainpuri, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mainpuri. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for applicants confined his prayer only to the extent that the present application may be disposed of finally with a direction to the court concerned that in case applicants surrender before it and apply for bail in pursuance of NBW order dated 25.11.2021, the same may be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law to which learned AGA has no objection. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the instant application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned that in case, Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Kuldeep Singh Sekera Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Munni Lal And 4 Others .....Applicant(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Opposite Party(s) the applicants surrender before the court concerned within a period of four weeks from today and apply for bail in pursuance of NBW order dated 25.11.2021, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with settled law. 5.
