Case No. 15/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 385, 386, 504 & 506 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of Smt. Veena Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Garhwa. 6. On 25.01.2023, masked men came to the work site of the informant and started abusing labourers who were present there. They also threatened them that unless levy was paid, they would not be allowed to carry out construction work. 7. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. 8. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that petitioner has got criminal antecedent. 9. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt.
