In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2/Assistant Director/Authorized Officer, Employee State Insurance Corporation, Varanasi to decide the Recall Application dated 19.08.2025 most expeditiously and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order but after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties.
