This matter is being taken up in the National Lok Adalat held on 13.09.2025. 5. The instant appeal from order is preferred by the appellants- claimants against the Award dated 11.05.2017, passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/ 3rd Additional District Judge, Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar in MAC Petition No.131 of 2014, for seeking enhancement of the awarded amount. 6. Today, learned counsel for respondent no.2- Insurance Company submits that apart from the awarded amount, the Insurance Company is ready to pay additional amount of Rs.2.50 Lakhs (Rupees Two Lakhs Fifty Thousand) to the appellants- claimants. 7. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appellants are ready for the said enhancement. 8. In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed of and respondent no.2 is directed to pay additional sum of Rs.2.50 Lakhs (Rupees Two Lakhs Fifty Thousand) to the appellants within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 9.
