At the very outset, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that certain grievances have been raised in the present writ petition but he has instructions to submit that at this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case they are allowed to make a representation to the respondents raising the said grievances before the authority concerned and the same may kindly be ordered to be decided by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner so that the petitioners are satisfied that whatever dues admissible to their late parents be given in the due course. 2. Notice of motion. 3. Learned counsels for the respondents submit that if any representation is received at the hand of the petitioners, the same will be looked into and appropriate order will be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order by the authority concerned and in case, it is found that the claim of the petitioners is meritorious, the same will be accepted, otherwise due reasons will be mentioned in the speaking order for not accepting the claim of the petitioners and the same will be conveyed to them for information and necessary action. 5. Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the statement made by learned counsels for the respondents, the present writ petition be disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed for. 6.
