Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is not pressing the prayer No.(a) of writ petition at this stage and he is pressing only prayer No.(b) that direction for re-audit be complied with so that on basis of its outcome, it is probable that the grievance of petitioner in regard to fixation of pay scale may be corrected. 3. Learned counsel for respondents submits that she has limited instruction, however, if there is a direction for re-audit, the same will be concluded expeditiously. 4. In the aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that re-audit as mentioned in the letter dated 06.09.2024 be concluded, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
