The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that the informant expressed his suspicion regarding involvement of petitioner and other FIR named accused persons on the ground of previous dispute, in killing of the deceased. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant is not an eye-witness to the occurrence. Only suspicion has been raised against this petitioner and other co- accused persons on the ground of previous dispute. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court, vide orders annexed at Annexure – 3 series. Petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2025. Patna High Court CR. MISC.
