JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 17-10-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 171 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 103(2), and 61 of the B.N.S., 2023. 3. Around 35 accused persons, including the petitioners, are alleged to have assaulted the deceased because he had made viral a video of his intimate moments with a girl of Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56517 of 2025(3) dt.17-10-2025 2/2 the same village. The father of the said girl is also one of the accused in this case. The petitioners are in custody since 09.04.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the deceased was killed brutally. He, however, has not been able to explain how the said video of the girl and the deceased became viral. It has further been submitted that one witness has already been examined. 5. Considering the fact that there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners, who are co- villagers, this application for regular bail is allowed. 6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, or the court concerned, in connection with Dumra P.S.
