(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner- Association had preferred a complaint under the Punjab Apartments Ownership Act, 1995, before the competent authority, which was dismissed vide order dated 31.03.2014. The petitioner had impugned the said order by preferring an appeal which was decided vide order dated 26.06.2019 (Annexure P-2). The revision petition was preferred thereagainst before the Special Secretary, Department of Urban Development, Punjab, which was allowed and vide order dated 04.02.2020, the matter was remanded to respondent No.2-Appellate Authority to decide the appeal within one month, but respondent No.2 has not decided the appeal till date. 2. Issue notice to respondents No.1 to 3 only at this stage. 3.
