Prayer made in this petition cannot be expedited unless cooling-off period as provided under Section 13-B Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, is waived off by the concerned Family Court. 4. Since no such application has been filed by the petitioner, he may file the application, if so advise, within two weeks. In case such an application is filed, the same may be decided by the Court below within next two weeks. 5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
