No.618 of 2025. 2. A case was registered in Cr.No.660 of 2018 for alleged offence under section 294(b), 323, 326, 506(2) of IPC r/w Section 4 of TNPWH Act. The defacto complainant is present and submits that the matter need not be pursued further. Now, the case is pending at the stage of service of summon on the accused.
