By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- “It is therefore humbly prayed that this petition may very kindly be allowed and the respondents may be directed to grant permission to run traditional katha bhatti in the interest of justice.” 3. In the light of the fact that the contention of the petitioner is that the application submitted by him seeking permission to run a traditional Katha Bhatti has not been decided by the Authority till date, this petition is disposed of with the direction that let an appropriate order be passed on the application so filed by 2 the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, after adhering to the principles of natural justice. It is clarified that this Court has not made any observation as far as the merits of the case. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
