Heard learned counsel for applicants and learned AGA for the State. 2. The present application has been filed by applicants for quashing the impugned order dated 02.08.2025 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Forth Jaunpur in Criminal Case No. 3065 of 2018 (State Vs. Banshidhar Tiwari and others) arising out of Case Crime No.378 of 2017, under Sections 323, 498A, 506 I.P.C. & Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Badlapur, District Jaunpur and all consequential proceedings thereon. 3. Learned counsel for applicants submits that by impugned order dated 2.8.2025 discharge application of applicants has been rejected. 4. Learned AGA has objected and submitted that applicants has remedy of filing revision. 5. In view of the fact that applicants have remedy of filing revision, this Court declines to entertain the petition. 6. Accordingly, the application under Section 528 BNSS is dismissed.
