JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 14-10-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. 2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner caused gunshot injury in the thigh of the son of informant. Petitioner has got five criminal antecedents. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. F.I.R. has been lodged after inordinate delay of three days which itself raises doubt over veracity of the prosecution case. 5. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71993 of 2025(2) dt.14-10-2025 2/2 refused.
