This matter in fact had been referred for settlement as desired by the parties to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, by an order of this Court dated 07.02.2025. 3. Accordingly, the matter has been settled. In this regard, a joint compromise memo has also been prepared and both the parties have signed the same on 04.04.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that, in terms of the compromise entered into between the parties recorded in the joint compromise memo dated 04.04.2025, by recording the contents of the same, this writ petition can be closed. 5. In view of the said settlement reached between the parties, which has been reduced into writing by way of a joint compromise memo dated 04.04.2025, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
