This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Ladaiyatar P.S. Case No.43 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased and is accused of committing murder of his wife. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 08.05.2025 having clean antecedent. 5. From the viscera report, it appears that the deceased had committed suicide after consuming sulphas. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. Patna High Court CR. MISC.
