Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 269 of 2023 arising out of Baliyapur P.S. Case No. 188 of 2022 for the offences registered under Sections 302, 201, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Additional District Judge-I, Dhanbad. 3. On 14.11.2022 at about 6.00 pm, the petitioner and co- accused took away the son of the informant. Later on, he was found murdered. 4. During course of investigation, on the basis of confession of the petitioner, slipper of deceased and lathi, which was used for committing the murder of the deceased, were recovered. 5. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 15.11.2022. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
