It is submitted that the issues raised in the present writ petition are identical to those raised in W.P. No. 197 of 2025, which was heard and disposed of by this Court by directing the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 23.12.2024, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing and to pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law. Since both the writ petitions arise out of the same cause of action and are part of the same transaction, and as the relief sought in this writ petition has been comprehensively addressed in the order passed in W.P.No.197 of 2025, Page No.3 of 6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.201 of 2025 no separate orders are required in the present writ petition. 3.
