Case No. 06 of 2024 arising out of N.D.P.S. Case No. 09 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 8, 17, 18 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-II, Khunti. 3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to approach this Court after framing of charge by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 4. The petitioner is alleged to have cultivated illegal opium. 5. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about a year. It was further submitted that charge has been framed in this case. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-II, Khunti in connection with Maranghada P.S.
