2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 124(1), 352, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

The case of prosecution, in brief, as per joint written application of Krishna Kumar and Rupesh Kumar, is that on 18.03.2025 at about 12:00 hours these petitioners came and broke the lock of shop, for which the informants asked these petitioners to end the matters related to land and shop, on which the petitioners started abusing them and when the informants raised objection, they took out acid from the shop and threw it on the informants and also assaulted them with bamboo stick.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that F.I.R. has been lodged after a delay of two days. Petitioner no. 2 is own brother of informants and petitioner no. 1 is his wife. Admittedly, there is partition dispute, due to which, simple Maarpit took place. Injuries, allegedly caused by petitioners, are simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sikarahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 134 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
