At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now he is not pressing the prayer for quashing the order of transfer, however, the respondents may be directed to pay salary of this petitioner for the months of February, 2025 and March, 2025, which has not been paid by the respondents without any rhyme and reasons. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents relying upon the counter- affidavit submits that the same is under active consideration. 4. Having regard to the aforesaid submissions, the instant application is hereby disposed of by directing the 3rd respondents to look into the matter and pass an order with regard to payment of salary 2025:JHHC:16489 2 of the petitioner for the months of February, 2025 and March, 2025, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. 5.
